Refuses to cancel a month to month policy and uses tricks for customers to not be able to cancel
the company is very efficient on inception but very poor. The claim they don't have an inbound call center and refuses to cancel my insurance. They have some guide on how to cancel your policy on the app but there is no option to cancel. Very poor and bad servie from this company.
