Refused Claim
First and foremost I’m so disappointed with this company treat customers as if they are doing you a favour while I’m paying for their service!! I regret the day I signed up with them!! All I can say is if you see them just run away never look back!! They refused my claim of hail damage and I can write a whole book but the least I can say is run away once you see them

Because I have them!! Even the one where I updated my cellphone number prior the claim!! And yet the audacity to say claim was declined due to not being reachable?? Where did I get the names of Natasha and Boitumelo??
