Refusal to refund an incorrect debit
It's been just over 2 months trying to get a refund from Pineapple Insurance and they are choosing to ignore my request besides countless interactions with them and when they finally agreed that they were at wrong, still they have not refunded my money. Can I get my refund before I take another step further. Insurance Policy Number is ***.
