Refund query not responded on

This is my second review the first one was regarding my claim taking too long and after I have complained and followed up sp many time it was then resolved and paid. But now I am back to square one I have been trying to follow up on my refund ever since and with no assistance and when I follow up and also the person assisting me tried to send a follow-up email and still my query for refund is not responded too.

Pineapple, on the other hand, does not have a contact number to call which is really an inconvenience. They are only reachable by e-mail or app. In my case I have written to them on numerous occasions and they mostly ignore my inquires. It's been weeks of this situation. Now they don't reply to my followup queries at all.
