Refund of policy

I cancelled my insurance a month ago and for some reason they sent me notification that they debiting my account. I emailed Pineapple insurance and have been dealing with Awodwa. She is the most efficient friendliest person I dealt with. Responds very fast which gave me reassurance of my refund. Thank you Awodwa for taking the time to assist me
