Refund not paid

The policy on a vehicle that was insured by Pinneaple Insurance was cancelled on 30 Otcober 23 because the vehicle was sold.

Correspondance indicated that the November insurance payment will still be debited but that a refund will be requested as soon as the debit amount reflects.

After atleast 7 interactions and an indication that the refund will be paid by 29 December 23 the refund has still not been paid on 8 January 24.

I am sure it cannot take this long to process a refund
