Refund & Cancellation woes etc

I don’t even know where to start -

1st - I had insured both my vehicles one was due to start as soon as I bought it (mind you pro-rata) and the other on the 26th of Jan 2024. Zinhle the sales lady had the start date to a different date (got the address wrong along with the car model)

Moving along my account was then dented a whole R2065 for what? They made the “mistake” of taking premiums for the other car even when I blatantly stated the premium for the other car should start on the 26th of Jan.

I requested a refund as I have family commitments and that money (R1000) is needed, like I don’t just have money laying around for Pineapple to take and then decide on their own accord that it’s best to credit my account! Like who did you ask to do that? Clearly you guys just do as you please and think it’s ok.

Bonus (the final straw) I woke up this morning to find they wanted to debt my account again (2 times) in one month, after they messed and still did not refund me. Luckily the debt bounced as I removed my money from that account.

Worst of it all iv been bounced around like a ball from 1 person to the next without answers!!! I’m waiting for my money back and a cancellation because this service was utter garbage! I’d rather pay way more for a stellar service and communication! Give me my money and learn to communicate clearly Pineapple! Don’t make my cancellation a difficult process yet you quick to take my money
