Refund
My experience with Pineapple is nothing short of BAD, their communication is poor, I cancelled my insurance with them, first is very hard to get in contact with them, the WhatsApp they respond when they feel like responding, and is always one person who is responding “ Diana”. I asked for my refund , and they just contradicting each other , when I asked why I can’t get my refund cause I just cancelled my insurance with u, they can’t even give me a clear explanation for that. I just don’t want to be insured with them and all I need is my refund cause I am not insured with them.
