Refund

I took a policy last year april 2024 decided to cancel it June 2025 .they deducted money from my account .l called countless times they said they have escalated the issue to the relavant departmen***** the 14th today no email since i sent countless emails.They never reply to my emails.no call im so dissapointed with pine apple .
