Simple, straightforward experience! I was a bit annoyed at first, that I couldn't just call someone and explain - but once I followed the steps to claim for a cracked phone screen, it was really simple - needed to send a picture of the damaged phone, got a quote and damage report from iStore, and within a week the value of the repair (less 15% excess) was already paid into my bank account.
