Re think before signing up with pineapple insurance
Do NOT sign up with this insurance… They will literally try and find ANY excuse not to pay you out. Their staff are absolutely *********** especially Bianca Pretorious from claims. I was busy dealing with her and I received minimal information, attitude and by the end of it she rejected my claim because I couldn’t provide a receipt from OVER A YEAR AGO, even though I provided all the proof of me having had possession of my own phone. I don’t recommend this insurer at all.
