Accidental damage claim for wife's phone , submitted claim on 6 September, only received an email to say claim was logged and claims handler would come back shortly , The next day went on the app , because they don't have phone lines , what company in today's world you cannot contact by means of telephone, I followed up on the claim process , which I was told I claims handler would be in contact, I asked for turnaround time no response. Thursday same thing a claims handler would contact me , and when I asked again ,turnaround time , no response , this is pathetic service i wouldn't advise anyone to join pineapple insurance you can grow pineapples waiting for them to come back to you, Rather stick to the bigger insurance companies as they would get back to you.
