Quick response to issues
Quick response to issues. Palesa is very helpful. I asked her to update my policy in terms of the tracker. It took her less than 10min. This for me is the best service I have ever had from an insurance company. I just wish we can have someone working during the weekend or at least a call center that can operate only during the weekend. During the week everything is okay since the WhatsApp like is quick.
