Quick, efficient and...

Well, I take what i said back. This transaction was in fact a quick and efficient misleading of a client. The lady that sold me the Policy **** bluntly on a recorded line telling me there are no additional excesses. I actually asked her twice if not thrice if she is sure and she said none whatsoever except for when the driver is under 25yrs old and outside of SA boarders. I've just went through my policy schedule and i am shocked to discover all these ADDITIONAL excesses at claim stage. To top it off there is additional excess if incident occurs between 22:00 and 06:00!!WOWW! She bluntly said to me same basic excess of R4100 for me and my partner and other drivers. Imagine if i never cared to read documents like other customers.
**Standard Additional Excesses
Driver at the time of the incident is neither the regular driver nor the regular driver's
spouse; OR
Claim incident within 6 months from the vehicle cover start date; OR
Incident driver under the age of 25; OR
Incident driver licensed less than three years; OR
The incident occurred between the hours of 22:00 and 06:00; OR
Incident occurred outside the South African borders; OR
Vehicle not roadworthy; OR
Single vehicle accident
