Quick, easy and even fun!

Really quick, easy way to get covered with a fun reward system that offers rewards with partners I shop with often.

I'm curious to see how the community system plays out - certainly one of the crazier, more innovative features out there for insurance.

Excited to see additional offerings for pet, home and life insurance being worked on as well.

I have yet to process a claim so I can't speak for that aspect, but so far I am impressed with the process of getting covered and hopefully that can be equally said of the claims process.

Made brief use of the chatbot, which tried it's best but unfortunately couldn't fully answer my question. The transfer to a human operator was seamless. Quick shout-out to Tshepo for the quick response and helpful chat assistance.

The app itself is visually attractive and easy to navigate. There is one major bug worth noting at the moment where my external camera app causes crashes when taking a photo, however there were no issues with the in-app camera or using the gallery. Referral codes have supposedly been replaced by the referral URLs, however the app still asks for referral codes and using the link doesn't show any visible indication that it has activated.

Overall great experience so far. 10/10 would recommend.
