Questionable Services

So firstly I cannot create a claim from my Android app, which a representative gave me a call (31/01/2022) we are at 02/02/2022 and still cannot create a claim.

Secondly, my car has been in the garage since Monday not even driving, due to the claim, but the app shows that my car has driven 181km, and it's increasing but the car is in my locked garage. I am thinking these kilometers are just added and not actually retrieved from Tracker, how many months have you been overcharging me, like in January I drove +1000km.
