Pineapple insurance rejected my claim on the basis that I have a personal loan which is more than their threshold, I asked them what did I say on the call when they asked me about my loan, they say I said I was not sure, so I requested that they send me the sales call so that I can also listen to the call and see what steps to take from there, it’s been a week now they telling me that it’s still needs to be approved and this is eating on my time as I need to file an appeal and it depends on this call, I signed the call disclaimer and send it back the same day they sent it to me, other reputable have always warned me that I will regret them one day as my insurer but I insisted that they are good I won’t leave them, I learned the hard way
