Price hikes
When i initially took out insurance the premiums were lower than what i signed up for and after debating with pineapple they still did not resolve the issue so i left and moved on Now a month later having the policy for just one month they increase my excess and say its inflation How can this be yet i have had the policy only one month

04 Sept 2023, 16:31This is so decietful because pineapple replies on a public platform stating they acknowledge my issues and will assist in reduced monthly instalment yet they come back after a week and reply privately on the app stating they can not assist
