Premium paid but vehicle not insured

I took out a policy with Pineapple insurance for my vehicle. The app keeps saying "not insured" under my vehicle. I have driven less than 100km for the month so far and was told i cant get the 30% premium reduction as my tracker was not fitted - i only got a call to fit it 3 days ago. Ive paid my premium in full, now my whatsapp messages are being ignored and no feedback on the status of my vehicle being insured or not? I have given ample opportunity and screen shots and ive been patient but im not getting feedback rather cancel my policy and refund me.
