Poor service of this pineapple insurance....

This is one of the most unprofessional companies in the insurance world i came across. 1.Not very helpful 2.Never answers you call 3.Never give feedback on any queries 4.You hang on for hours to spreak an operator. 5.You wait forever to get you claim processed. 6.You will be lucky if you claim get approved. 7.You might wait up until 1month just to get your claim sorted. Im disgruntled with this poor company,that misleads the people. Tricking people into making use of there service(pineapple insurance)"underwritten by Old Mutual"
