Poor service, false promises and lack of transparency

I have claimed over three weeks ago, Kaashifa said it would take 5-6 days after I have claimed. 3 weeks later and my claim is still being validated, the company will not answer its calls, Kasshifa is ignoring my texts on the app. Emailed the head also no response. Truly poor customer service and lack of transparency and this is the second time experiencing this.
