Poor service delivery!

I will never recommend Pineapple insurance to anyone EVER.

I had car insurance with them and after struggling to get roadside assistance last month. Anything couldve happened to me, they called me 2 hours later to ask of i still require assitance. Thats when i decided, to cancel the policy.

However I was told I would still be covered for the month of May.

I drive less than 300km per month which automatically means I qualify for the drive less benefit.

These people dont pay you back until you ask them where is your drive less bonus. EVERY MONTH i had to ask.

IF YOU CAN NOT PAY SOMEONE THE DRIVE LESS BONUS DO NOT PROMIS THIS TO THE PEOPLE.

Like now I am still waiting for them to pay me out!
