Poor service and incompetence!

poor customer service. Lack of urgency on claims, I was quoted a different amount that what I had agreed to and when I asked them to cancel the policy, the cancelled it and went on to state that it was due to a "missed premium" on my part.

Overall I wouldn't recommend pineapple to anyone!
