Poor service and communication

I strongly do not recommend this insurance. I was hit by a taxi earlier this month and when I submitted a claim I was told that my access would be R17k even though my policy indicates that my access is R5800. It's extremely difficult to communicate with them and they never update you on anything. You can only text them on the app and their turn around time is 24 hours which means you have to wait 24 hours for every query that you have . They are the worst
