POOR SERVICE

Awful and poor service - I tried to claim for a damage phone whereby they want me to provide them with a quote. My experiences from other insurance companies is that collect the phone and send it for assessment. I will never ever recommend them to anybody. I even called the number they provided and was told I'm in the wrong dept. I must call back when I did I was put on hold for 2 minutes.. I actually want to rate them a zero and not a 1😡😡😡😡😡😡
