Poor service

I had a bad service experience with pineapple, my son's phone is insured with them, it stopped working since January, I have not been able to lodge a claim, they keep referring me to the app which is not working. I sent several emails asking to be contacted and no one does. I get emails with promises that an agent will contact me and that does not happen. So frustrated as it stands :(
