Poor service

I'm having a horrible experience with this insurer. Not only did they reject my claim unfairly but they continue to debit my account monthly. And when I inquire as to why they continue debiting my account whereas the insured product was ****** and the claim rejected, I get what seems like an automated bot response 'we will get back to you' and no one ever does. Yet they continue to debit my account for a product that's not there. I'm tied into a perpetual contract.
