Poor Service

I have been waiting for this insurance to contact me regarding my claim this after I requested them to change my contact number and they clearly never did. I explained that their app was not allowing me to change my contact number. I sent through my claim on the 13th June and I still have no clue what is happening. I have spoken to about 5 people on their app and they continue to tell me my claim handler will contact me. Yet I received 1 call on the 25th June early in the morning followed by a text that they cannot reach me. Honestly who in their right mind calls a customer on a Saturday morning and doesn't make another attempt to call them ever again. I'm sitting with no vehicle since they towed my car and no way forward.
