Poor service
Pineapple insurance is bad insurance .I laid a claim on the 18th of December 2023 for my cellphone till to date no response .All the do is keep requesting for documents even though it was sent to them .Nishlan was handling my claim he went on leave ,after days of no reponse i was called by Mervin Simba who advised he would assist while his colleague is leave however its the same he might as well be leave . All they do is bombard you with messages of changing their underwriter and still provide poor service i would not recommend it to anyone …really disappointed I have been with them since 2019 with claims made after 5 full years of no claim this is the service that i get .I will be cancelling my insurance with them .
