Poor Service
I submitted a claim on Tuesday for a headlight that was ****** from my car. I haven't had any feedback and no communication regarding my claim. Honestly, this is ridiculous. I am starting to believe that the reason your rating is high on this platform is because of new members who are rating the service for their onboarding. You say your average response time is 30 min. I sent Tshepo a message 24 hrs ago and no response. For an app based insurance, that is bad service.
