poor lack of service
I was referred by a good friend of mine who has insured her fone with Pineapple however, i was so disappointed with the consultant that contacted me that said i need to go make an affidavit in order to get my fone insured by pineapple. Do you really guys want us to go collect the covid in public places at the rate we are with the number of positive cases rises and less avail hospital to assist us.

So sorry for your experience, please we do not require an affidavit to insure in general but do recommend proof of ownership such as receipt, picture of box or invoice. This isn't a requirement to insure but can facilitate the process in the event of certain claims. In the absence of any other proof of ownership we recommend an affidavit.

Thank you for your response and clarity, however i do have the picture of the box that has all the details as proof that i am the owner of the phone that has the IMEI numbers etc, but the guy who assisted me said they can not help me if i dont have the affidavit which makes it very confusing to understand.
