Poor insurance quality.

Tried claiming, asked for too much info. Could not get quotes on my huawei device. Told them that i will get quotes when i have time. Was still using my phone at the time. Claim was rejected but they are still taking money from my credit card. Please don't take any insurance from this company. Response is very slow and it's a hassle claiming for something you are not going to get.
