poor cell phone claims process
The lack of responses to messages on the is frustrating, It is taking almost a week to process my cellphone claim. I never had these hassles the last time I claimed.

09 Dec 2022, 11:39This has been a very frustrating claim, they advised that my claim has been settled 7 days ago but I haven't received the payout. Ive asked them where the payout has been made to but my messages on the app and emails are being responded to. absolutely terrible service from Pineapple insurance.
