Policy cancellation
Pineapple insurance is a ****, I took insurance with them for my car.I then sold the car and cancelled the insurance with them, but they still debiting money from account.How and what does one have to do to get you guys to stop taking money from my bank account, because this is too much now.Im paying for insurance for a car that I don't even have🤦🏿♂️.

I'm sorry I can't accept or trust your response, on the 7th November last yr I received a similar response via email.Since then nothing happened, but instead you continued and debiting money from my account.So until I receive a confirmation of cancellation and a refund then I will take you guys serious.
