Pleasure dealing with Pineapple (Consultant: Pacific)

I unfortunately had to cancel my policy due to financial reasons.

Sometimes it can be quite PTSD-style with a whole exit interview rigmarole. But Pacific was very understanding, and I will definitely promote Pineapple to friends and family. It really makes a difference when consultants are efficient and make things less stressful than they need to be, even when it involves an exiting client (which is always something that isn't ideal).
