Please refund my money…
This is disappointing, especially when you see a new company dropping the ball so much . Last week l asked Pineapple to cancel my policy which they did and l was sent the cancellation letter , to my surprise on Saturday a debit order of R2089 went off … why are u debiting me if l asked you nicely to cancel …
This is the problem with these online insurances . I can’t even speak to a human being, everything is just digital . I urgently need my money . This is unacceptable

No one is willing to help me …. This morning I was told that there is a cancellation fee …..
GUYS I KNOW YOU WHAT CHEAPER PREMIUM BUT PINE APPLE IS A **** . Number 1 you can’t call them , they only chat via whatsap , number 2 they charge you for cancelling your policy,R400 cancellation fee for cancelling your short term insurance…. They lie , they will promise that they will call u and they never do so … R2089 was debited on the policy that l cancelled even today they are refusing to refund me
