Pineapple's saving grace is consultants like Fulufhelo

Overall, my experience with Pineapple as an insurance company was not good. A lot of hoops to jump through in order to get a lower premium, devices needed for telemetrics, said device draining car battery, and then a big mess when trying to cancel said device. The only 5-star service I had was from Fulufhelo... He was helpful, efficient and often messaged ME to keep me updated, instead of having to follow-up from my side. Thanks Fulu!
