Pineapple's refund policy for driving less is a ****
Pineapple Insurance is a ****! They told me that if I drive less than 300km a month, I would receive a certain portion of refund on the premium paid back into my bank account within 14 working days. Despite confirmation that I drove less than 300 km in a particular month, I've never received the refund.
