Pineapple - Worst Insurance

This is the WORST insurance company I have ever come across. We have submitted a claim on 19 December 2023 for a lost cellphone and Pineapple is still playing around with the claim. U never get any feedback on the app or by email. Then they want this and then they want that - playing for time. WORST SERVICE EVER
