pineapple will throw you to the wolfs
i laid a claim with pineapple and it was accepted, however, they select the service provider to do repairs but when that service provider is failing to deliver, pineapple told me that on their side the claim is closed and therefore the matter is between me and the service provider. i paid my 100% excess but pineapple as my insurer is not prepared to intervene. it is sad .
