Pineapple sharing personal information

I am so shocked that I requested a tow via road side assistance and was then called immediately afterwards saying that they offer a free quote to assist with fixing my vehicle I then declined. They insisted that the vehicle would be towed back to my premises immediately if I don’t accept the quote and there will be no extra costs all is free!!! I then said as long as no costs are involved. Then I received the quote we reviewed it and refused the quote and requested the vehicle be towed as discussed. Now we receive a bill of +|-4500 and they are asking for storage fees additionally, when I call pineapple to find out they have not dealt with this issue and my car is basically being as ransom. I have been contacting them non stop and they aren’t even aware of who called me!!! I only called pineapple to request the tow, who are they sharing my information with and what kind of service is this from an insurance company handing my car over to their mechanics who are asking me to pay them for a free quote!!!! Hopefully I will get some feedback as my emails and Whassaps from pineapple are being ignored and my car is still been held ransom as the fees go up everyday!!!
