I mean... I just really like the fact that I never have to wait on a telephone to get a response or assistance. Customer service is always very helpful + proffessional at a touch of my mobile screen...first time claiming today so lets hope this process goes a smooth as the onboarding and as fast as the quality service I have received up until now.
