Pineapple..... Seriously.... Not fruity.

So got a quote for a vehicle is was looking at buying and decided not to buy the vehicle. After that I decided to take out insurance with pineapple on my current vehicle and the premium was very reasonable. They then deducted 3x the amount of what my premium is supposed to be. I reversed the payment on my account and asked them to contact me. That was 3 months ago. They still don't give me a call and constantly try to deduct the premium from my account. After threatening them that I am going to take this further if they don't contact me I get a whatsapp from them saying I have 2 vehicles insured with them. I asked that they phone me but the arrogant whatsapp conversation keeps going. They went and insured a vehicle on my name that I don't even own. I had no reg no when I asked for the quote for this vehicle yet they want to deduct premiums for that vehicle. I feel this is *****ulent as that means I can literally insure any fixatious vehicle with pineapple and in a few months time put a claim in????????? How does that work? And in the mean time they have caused my credit score to drop!!!!!! I am so irate with these people. Why can't they just give me a call to sort this out?
