Pineapple refuses to cancel policy!!!
If i could I would rate them 0. I was quoted for R1119.89 and when I received the policy details price had increased to R1475.99, Debi-check mandate was declined but I received an SMS that they will still be debiting my account. I have been messaging the agents for assistance with cancelling but no one is willing to assist. Don't sign up, its a ****.
