Pineapple poor service poor communication

I have been with pineapple for 2 years now,i have never claimed, 25th jan 2023 i was bumped by someone i have been trying to get hold of them but no luck, i sent emails requesting them to call me till today , they keep on telling me that Fikile will give me a call n others , i called again this morning n i was holding for more than 40min when someone picked up she hung up i had to start again and that guy needs information as he was willing to work with them so tgey can claim from his insurance I don’t even know what to say to him anymore cz my insurance doesn’t even care about clients i am so angry and im starting to think mayve this is a **** 😡😡😡😡😡
