Pineapple One Of The Worst Vehicle Insurer

Pineapple seems to be one of the worst vehicle insurance to have. When u have a claim u are allocated an handler, no one else seems to know or assist other than the handler. My vehicle was a write off. I havent had a claim in the pass 10yrs. 17 days has gone by and im stil awaiting for my claim to be processed and paid out. I would personally not advise anyone to consider using pineapple and if u are, my advice is try and look for another insurer.
