PINEAPPLE 🍍 NOT AN INSURANCE BUT A ****!!!!

The best word to use here is **** I've never seen worse service from anywhere. So I was in an accident on the 9th of this month and the insurance collected the vehicle saying they will go and asses it. Let me tell you the entire process was so ***** right from the actual accident to the tow truck that supposedly knew where we were to the vehicle being taken to Renew it and supposedly the car being written off and nobody says anything to us and we find out from the panel beater. Then my vehicle was moved without my knowledge still till now to a vague location and there is a discrepancy between where the vehicle supposedly is according to them and the tracker. I have had to submit the same documents to three different people and emails about complaints not getting into consideration. Fast forward to two weeks later I was being asked for more and more things with a clear intention to find a fault to allow them to decline the claim. FYI up to today I don't actually know where my vehicle is and the non existent claim just keeps being pushed forward nothing concrete has really happened since the 9th. What I've realised is that this is IWyz rebranded due to their terrible service and reviews they have lost the market and are now here with the name pineapple 🤔. I will warn anyone that wants to take up this Insurance to know that these positive reviews are probably **** to lure you in fact I believe that this is a **** and they have ****** my vehicle and the entire accident was orchestrated by them because I can't trace my vehicle via tracker. I'm still fighting this and I hope to minimally recover the vehicle but trust me something is very ***** about this company. Did I mention that they don't have actual physical offices nor direct line to be called, how do you get hold of them you may ask...... VIA IWYZE 😶😶 I rest my case.

Thank God for social media I finally got my vehicle back, don't be fooled the claim is still at large and after a very nasty fight they finally gave me the vehicle. The condition of the vehicle leaves me with so many questions, there are parts missing, the vehicle bumper was ripped out, the front lights were also ripped out, the seal of the windscreen ripped out, the bonnet seal ripped out, the fuel which was over half a tank when the vehicle was taken, now on reserve, some seals on the engine side taken, the inside of the vehicle flooded with water and the list just keeps going on and on. There is another interesting part the car already had an auction lot sticker🤔 how so if the claim is still being "investigated" ? After the long witch hunt and not finding a valid reason to decline the claim, I am now told about some online form I supposedly filled when applying very strange since I was sold this insurance by a telemarketer and I've said this from Day one, however when they speak to me they say perhaps it was my husband and when they speak to my husband they say to him it was me, clearly trying to pin is against each other, what for I don't know. I've asked them to go and retrieve the telephone calls that we are constantly told are being recorded to no avail. What is the purpose of this new story you may ask...... The intention now is to nullify the entire policy since they have failed to find a valid reason to decline. The trauma I've endured from this insurance is beyond any words, and there aren't enough typing spaces to narrate the whole story which would still shock you, however I can say this much I am beyond words. Oh BTW the private response was that I would be contacted by a senior staff member, I think you can guess if that even happened. Still nothing with regards to the claim same MO which is....... " We will give you feedback on such and such a day" or "so and so will give you a call". What you need to know is that they 100% do not have a clear process as I have asked for it since day five and forget about getting your emails responded to. When they feel under pressure to engage you, they will rather call than put anything on email. I never mentioned that this written off car only had the right control arm damaged and the right front side of the bumper and fender on the right. I don't even want to say what the quotation was which got it written off I'm no mechanic however that number was very questionable and I have been the centre of their investigation since the beginning of this self initiated claim though the accident was clearly even to a toddler cause by the other party. It has felt like an autopsy of Noma which I initially did not mind as I thought it was some process being app**** until I realised this was a ploy to find fault with me. I think women especially black women should be seriously careful when taking up such things like vehicle insurance as we are easily seen as low hanging fruit and easy targets to be taken advantage of. Thorough research is critical and checking from which demographics the complaints come from goes a long way because when it comes to claiming time it is already too late.
