Pineapple nightmare
Hi all, I experiencing a nightmare in January of 2024. I had Pineapple insurance for less than a month and in that time they came and installed a telematic device on my car to track my mileage. Behind my back they went and signed a contract with Tracker for 3 years for that device. Now I have over six months cancelled my policy with them but Tracker is sending me invoices every month and they want R400 to cancel the Tracker. So now I am stuck with a Tracking device that I do not use and a monthly bill of R69 since June 2022.

26 Jan 2024, 17:39Hi Pineapple, now that it is established that you or Tracker did not bother to explain to me that you are signing up for a 3 year contract amongst yourselves. Can you please sort this issue out with Tracker and leave me alone?
