Pineapple never answer their lines, dont be fooled by their low price and hidden accesses
I have had it with this insurance company, this is exactly the reason i left them. Getting ahold of them is close to impossible. They take weeks just to reply to anything, no phone lines. I request my insurance history last week and I am still waiting for a reply for them. It was the same with claims when i was still with them
