Pineapple is very poor on service

I will not prefer them to anyone first of all what insurance broker don't have an contact number and second we did our claims 2 weeks ago with no response and when we go in chat service it says they will contact you in a day so this feels like there is no customer support we run online companies and we need our phones but they don't care and tired off being ****med this online platforms is terrible and we insured everything with them even vehicles will have to start looking for new insurance company.
